Internship Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the Auspify Technologies Internship Program. By joining this program, interns agree to follow company guidelines, maintain professional conduct, and complete assigned tasks responsibly. The internship is designed to provide practical learning, skill development, and real-world industry experience.
1. Internship Confirmation : Candidates selected for the internship must confirm their participation within the given timeline mentioned in the offer communication.
2. Internship Period : The internship duration will be specified in the official offer letter or onboarding email shared by Auspify Technologies.
3. Duties & Responsibilities : Interns are expected to complete assigned tasks, projects, reports, and activities sincerely within the scheduled deadlines.
4. Professional Conduct : All interns must maintain discipline, professionalism, respectful communication, and ethical behavior throughout the internship period.
5. Privacy & Confidential Information : Any company data, project details, client information, or internal resources shared during the internship must remain confidential unless official permission is granted.
6. Evaluation & Progress : Performance will be reviewed based on consistency, quality of work, communication, learning attitude, and timely submissions. Guidance and feedback may be provided for improvement.
7. Intellectual Property : Any work, designs, documents, ideas, or project outcomes developed during the internship will remain the intellectual property of Auspify Technologies.
8. Attendance & Deadlines : Interns should attend scheduled meetings or sessions regularly and ensure timely completion of assigned work..
9. Communication Requirement : Regular communication with mentors or supervisors is mandatory to share updates and clarify project-related queries.
10. Learning & Improvement : Interns are encouraged to accept feedback positively and continuously improve their technical and professional skills.
11. Internship Discontinuation : Auspify Technologies reserves the right to discontinue the internship in cases of misconduct, violation of policies, inactivity, or unsatisfactory performance.
12. Stipend Policy : Unless specifically mentioned in the offer letter, the internship is unpaid and does not include salary or financial compensation.
13. Completion & Certification : To successfully complete the internship, interns must submit all required tasks and reports.
- Internship certificates will be issued to interns who successfully complete all assigned tasks and fulfill the internship requirements.
- Letters of Recommendation (LOR) will be granted to outstanding performers based on overall performance, interview evaluation, and the quality of submitted project work.
- This recognition process is designed to reward merit, dedication, and excellence.
14. Employment Opportunity : Successful completion of the internship does not guarantee future employment or placement within the company.
15. Participation Charges : There is no registration fee for joining the internship program. Optional documentation services may involve minimal processing charges.
16. Organizational Standards : Auspify Technologies follows professional industry practices and quality standards in training, development, and digital services.
17. Legal & Compliance : All interns are expected to comply with applicable laws related to professional ethics, intellectual property, and data privacy. Any disputes will be subject to applicable Indian jurisdiction.
18. Independent Organization Statement : The internship program is independently managed andoperated by Auspify Technologies. Any collaborations or partnerships will only be considered valid if officially declared by the company in writing.
