By applying for, accepting, or participating in an Auspify Technologies internship program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the applicable program instructions.

Purpose of the Internship
Auspify Technologies internship programs are designed to provide participants with practical learning, project-based exposure, and opportunities to develop relevant professional skills.

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection. Auspify Technologies reserves the right to determine selection based on applicable program requirements, availability, and suitability.
Internship Duration
The internship duration, start date, and expected completion date will be communicated through official communication or applicable program documentation.
- Participants are expected to complete the required activities within the applicable internship period.
- Any extension or change in the internship period may require prior approval.
- Internship duration may differ depending on the selected program.
Program Structure & Tasks
Depending on the selected program, participants may receive task guidelines, project assignments, learning resources, submission instructions, and other relevant program information.
- Review the provided instructions carefully.
- Complete required tasks or projects.
- Follow the specified submission format.
- Submit work within the communicated deadline.
- Follow the applicable project requirements.
If a program specifies a required number of tasks, participants must complete and submit the required tasks according to the applicable guidelines.
Submission of work does not automatically mean that the internship requirements have been successfully completed. Submitted work may be reviewed for completeness, relevance, originality, quality, and compliance with the applicable instructions.
Intern Responsibilities
Participants are expected to take reasonable responsibility for their internship activities and professional conduct.
- Actively participate in the internship program.
- Complete assigned tasks responsibly.
- Meet applicable deadlines.
- Follow program guidelines and instructions.
- Communicate professionally.
- Provide accurate information.
- Respect company resources and information.
- Maintain confidentiality where applicable.
- Submit original work.
- Ask for clarification when requirements are unclear.
Attendance & Performance
Participants are expected to maintain regular participation where attendance or participation is applicable to the selected program.
Participants may also be expected to attend meetings, sessions, reviews, or other activities communicated as part of the program.
Performance may be evaluated using factors such as:
- Task completion
- Quality of submitted work
- Timely submission
- Communication
- Problem-solving
- Creativity and practical application
- Professional conduct
- Teamwork and participation
- Overall contribution where applicable
Evaluation criteria may vary depending on the internship program and its learning objectives.
Originality & Plagiarism
All submitted work should be authentic and appropriately prepared by the participant.
Participants must not:
- Submit another person's work as their own.
- Falsify results, information, or project data.
- Misrepresent their participation or contribution.
- Impersonate another participant.
- Manipulate evaluation or submission processes.
- Improperly copy protected work.
Legitimate external references, open-source software, libraries, frameworks, and learning materials may be used where permitted, subject to applicable licenses, permissions, and attribution requirements.
Work may be rejected or excluded from completion evaluation where there is reasonable evidence of plagiarism, fraud, impersonation, or serious misconduct.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally, respectfully, and ethically throughout the internship.
The following activities are not permitted:
- Harassment, abuse, threats, or intimidation.
- Discriminatory or seriously inappropriate conduct.
- Fraudulent or deliberately misleading activity.
- Unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
- Misuse of company or program resources.
- Creation or distribution of harmful or malicious content.
- Misrepresentation of affiliation with Auspify.
- Illegal or seriously unethical activities.
Violations may result in appropriate action, including suspension or termination from the internship program.
Confidentiality
During an internship, participants may have access to non-public information relating to the company, projects, clients, internal documentation, technical information, credentials, communications, or business processes.
Participants must not disclose, distribute, publish, reproduce, or misuse confidential or non-public information without appropriate authorization.
Such information should only be used for legitimate internship purposes and in accordance with applicable instructions.
Confidentiality obligations may continue after the internship to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work specifically created for an assigned Auspify Technologies project may belong to Auspify Technologies to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This may include, where applicable:
- Source code and software
- Documentation
- Designs and graphics
- Reports
- Project materials
- Other materials specifically developed for the assigned project
Participants retain their pre-existing materials, general knowledge, skills, and independently developed work that was not specifically created for an Auspify project, subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
Third-party intellectual property remains subject to its respective ownership, license, and usage terms.
Certificate
An internship certificate may be issued to participants who satisfy the applicable completion requirements of the selected program.
Certificate eligibility may include:
- Completion of the applicable internship duration.
- Completion of required tasks or projects.
- Submission through the designated process.
- Compliance with applicable program guidelines.
- Satisfactory participation and professional conduct.
- Completion of applicable documentation requirements.
Acceptance or enrollment in an internship program does not by itself guarantee issuance of a certificate.
Certificate procedures and applicable requirements may be communicated through official Auspify channels.
Fees & Documentation Charges
Where applicable, program-related administrative or documentation requirements will be communicated through official Auspify Technologies channels.
A Documentation fee may apply at the time of internship document or certificate submission, where applicable.
This documentation fee is not an application, selection, or internship acceptance fee.
Privacy & Personal Information
Auspify Technologies may collect and process information necessary for legitimate internship purposes, including:
- Application and registration
- Communication and onboarding
- Program administration
- Task and project evaluation
- Documentation and certificate issuance
- Certificate verification
- Participant support
- Maintaining appropriate program records
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Auspify Technologies Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Participants should avoid unnecessarily sharing sensitive personal information through unofficial communication channels.
Withdrawal & Termination
Participants who wish to discontinue their internship should notify Auspify Technologies through the appropriate official communication channel.
Auspify Technologies may suspend or discontinue participation where appropriate, including in cases of:
- Serious violation of these Terms.
- Misconduct or inappropriate behavior.
- Submission of fraudulent information.
- Plagiarism or dishonest submissions.
- Confidentiality violations.
- Unauthorized use of resources.
- Repeated failure to meet important program requirements.
- Serious unprofessional conduct.
- Illegal or harmful activities.
Where appropriate, the reason for suspension or termination may be communicated to the participant.
Withdrawal or termination may affect eligibility for internship completion documentation or certificate issuance.
Changes, Compliance & Contact
Auspify Technologies may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws, business operations, internship programs, security practices, or administrative procedures.
The Last Updated date displayed on this page indicates the latest revision.
Auspify Technologies aims to operate its internship programs in accordance with applicable requirements, responsible professional practices, and its published policies.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
